body-mind movement
movement for body, mind,
& spirit
As a Registered Somatic Movement Educator (RSME) I facilitate somatic, expressive, and holistic movement and dance with groups of all ages, to support the wellbeing of our body-mind-spirit selves. My work is based on the understanding that we are multifaceted creatures, with our physical, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual natures in a reciprocal relationship with one another. My approach includes activities that engage our sensate physicality, flowing feelings, aware and creative minds, deep intuition, and our desire to connect with others and the world.
I offer experiential classes, workshops, and courses, and guest teach on movement programs, including The Movement Arc, Laban/Bartenieff Somatic Studies International, & UC San Diego Division of Extended Studies.
